Refund policy
We hope you love your Palam piece—but if something doesn’t work out, here’s how to request a return or exchange:
Start by submitting a request through the link at the top of our Contact page or email us at hello@palamcollective.com before sending anything back.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of your delivery date.

The return package must be shipped within 7 days of raising your return request.

We only accept returns in the form of store credit, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns will not be accepted without a formal request made through our return portal or via email at [insert email].

How It Works

Submit a return/exchange request via our return portal or email.

Once approved, ship your item(s) back to us.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, your exchange or store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days.

Conditions for Accepted Returns

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these criteria.

Mistakes or Damaged Items

If we sent the wrong item or a defective product, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and include photo evidence of the issue.

If a replacement item is not available, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

In these cases, we’ll also cover the return shipping label.

Exchanges

We allow one exchange per order. Once exchanged, the item is considered final sale.

Exchanges follow the same request process and conditions as returns.

Shipping & Lost Packages

We are not liable for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping provider after the order leaves our hands.

If the tracking link shows the package as “delivered” but you are unable to locate it, please follow up directly with the courier. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Palam will only assume responsibility in cases where a tracking number was not provided.
Once your order has been packed and a tracking number has been issued, the package is no longer within our control.
We strongly encourage you to track your shipment regularly and ensure someone is available to receive it at the provided address. -

Discounted Items

Items purchased using discount codes are eligible for return unless marked Final Sale.

Store credit will reflect the amount paid after the discount is applied.

Inspection & Approval

Returned items are subject to inspection before issuing store credit or exchanges.

Items returned without approval will not be processed or returned back to sender.

Policy Abuse

Palam reserves the right to limit or refuse service to anyone who abuses our return/exchange policy.

All return decisions are made at the sole discretion of Palam Collective.
